Locavore serves a modern cuisine that is produced locally, means, most of the ingredients prepared are locally sourced. Locavore serves a tasting-menu food. You came and the food is served, you did not get to choose from the menu, it has already been prepared before hand.

MAIN COURSE


DUCK: (from Baturiti, Central Bali.) cooked in various ways, grated barbecued beefs, lots of local berries & flowers, red veined sorrel leaves, sorrel powder.

SCALLOPS; Pan-fried scallops (from lombok), pickled fennel, pot roasted Malang apple, bronze fennel leaves, dehydrated scallops, caramelized fennel puree, fennel pollen.

INTO THE SAWAH; Rice porridge made from hi-grade rice(from Jatih Walungi, Central Bali), snails pressure-cooked in garlic stock, 64 degrees(celsius) duck egg yolk, catfish anon, dehydrated fern tips, wild flowers.

BARRAMUNDI; Barramundi from Les, North Bali) à la meunière, beurre blanc made from roasted barramundi bones & smoked butter, roasted lab siam, pickled wood ear mushrooms, raw lab siam, mushroom crème.

LAMB; Free-range lambs from Wonosobo (Central Java) and break them down ourselves. Each day, different cuts available, cooked & served the way they like it best.
Lam served in two ways, neutral lamb jus, lavage salt, caramelized bangkuang puree, pickled lettuce sauce, shaved bangkuang, dehydrated sea grapes.



MEMORY LANE; White chocolate & cinnamon Genoise, sultana & rum ice cream,crumble made from apple pie dough, Malang apple & vanilla foam, wild cinnamon flowers.

CUCUMBER & MANGO; Mango panna cotta, pickles & compressed cucumber, while chocolate sorbet, burned harum manis mango, cucumber flower, cucamelon, sweet & sour cucumber gel, mint leaves sweet aloe vera.
